Purchasing and Shipping Information

 

When you have selected the puppy you wish
to purchase, contact me via e-mail or phone. 
I will confirm that the puppy is still available
and we will make arrangements for payment. 
I will mark the puppy status as "On Hold" until your payment arrives.  When I receive your payment the status will be changed to "Sold".

Puppies range in price from $800 to $1,200 depending upon size, coat, color and conformation.  All of my puppies receive the same amount of pampering and attention to their health regardless of the price.  If a puppy has parents with excellent conformation the puppies will be a bit more.  This does not guarantee that your puppy will have perfect conformation but the possibility exists.  A puppy from an adult with less than perfect conformation will be at the lower end of the price range.  Males are usually less than females.  Long coats are more than smoothcoats and blues and brindles usually add a bit to the price as well.  By far the biggest determining factor in pricing is size... the smaller the puppy, the more it costs.  Go figure!  My puppies all come with full registration and while I do recommend that you spay or neuter your pets, I do not offer a discount to do so.  Puppies are priced at birth... not before.

If necessary, your puppy can be shipped to any major airport in the continental US.  I prefer to ship puppies via Continental Airlines and will do so whenever possible.  Continental has an excellent reputation for pet handling and they do a good job of taking care of your puppy during transport. A $250 charge to ship by air includes the shipping fee, a crate for your puppy, and a health certificate by my veterinarian.  I will make the necessary shipping arrangements after I receive your payment in full.


Offer your puppy food and water as soon as possible after he arrives depending on how long he has been flying. Please call or e-mail me as soon as you get home so I know that your puppy has arrived safely. I feed and recommend Flint River Ranch dog food.  A small amount will be taped to the top of the crate and a starter bag of dog food will be shipped to your address separately.  When you are ready to reorder, you may contact me via phone or e-mail and your dog food will be shipped to your home.  See Food and Supplies page for more information.
